In this article, we will explain how to apply to the revenue administration's e-ledger portal with electronic signature. First of all, only private companies can apply to the e-ledger portal with e-signature. If your company is a limited or joint stock company, you will need a financial seal to carry out these transactions.

Is E-Signature installed on your computer?

Before starting the application process, you must make sure that you have e-signature installation, that is, 32-bit akis and 32-bit java applications, on your computer. At the same time, your e-signature password must be active. If our signature is established and inserted into the computer, we can start the application process.

The settings we need to make on our Java application and internet browser;

Type “configure java” in the search field at the bottom left of your computer and open the java control panel. Click on the edit site list button on the Security tab and add the e-ledger application link (https://uyg.edefter.gov.tr/edefterbasvuru/) to the screen that opens.

Click on the Delete Files option in the Temporary Files Settings dialog box.

In the Delete Files and Applications dialog box, select the Installed Applications and Applets option and click OK. This option deletes all downloaded applications and applets from the cache.

After completing the Java settings, run the downloaded application by clicking on the link https://ebelge.gib.gov.tr/EFaturaWebSocket/EFaturaWebSocket.jnlp.

When the application opens as above, it will automatically redirect you to the localhost screen in the browser. Open a new tab, go to http://www.edefter.gov.tr/edefterbasvuru.html and click on the CLICK TO SUBMIT ELECTRONIC APPLICATION button to open the e-book application page.

On the E Ledger application page that opens, click on the lock next to the site address and click on site settings from the MenuBar that opens.

From the Permissions Section, respectively; Javascript, Flash, Pop-ups and redirects, Unsecured content are allowed.
