Clarification Text on the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

This text has been prepared by EİMZATR to enlighten our valued customers about the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698.

1) Obtaining and Processing Personal Data

Personal practices, electronic or physical media are collected by EİMZATR Center and Offices. Personal documents collected for legal reasons can be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing provisions specified in the 5th and 6th products of the Law.

The following personal information is processed within the scope of business and transactions.
i) In the production of goods and services produced by EIMZATR for personal data destruction uses or in the personalization of existing products,
ii) In planning commercial exploits or making this purchase by obtaining real estate to determine the preferences and needs of the relevant people in existing or new products,
iii) In the products and services produced by EIMZATR, in business and transactions such as loading and planning the processes made to better serve its customers,
iv) During planning operations and realization processes, where the duration of EIMZATR's top management will be aimed at short, medium and long-term speed,
v) In the distribution of EIMZATR's products and services in cooperation with it.

2) The Parties and Purposes of Sharing Personal Data

Personal instructions, in accordance with the provisions and purposes of personal data processing specified in the 8th and 9th articles of the Law, the products produced by the Company and the employees, are subject to the taste, usage load and needs of the customers. Planning and executing the transactions required for the recommendation and promotion of the relevant persons by customizing them, carrying out the necessary studies in order to benefit the related persons from the products and services provided by the Company, and related business processes To carry out the procedures, to carry out the commercial persons carried out by the Company, to carry out the necessary studies by the relevant business and the related work processes; Business partners of the Company for the purposes of its promotion, the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business objective of the Company and the provision of the relevant legal, technical and commercial-business security within the Company and the business relationship with the Company; and suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations and legally authorized private law legal persons.

3) Archiving and Security of Personal Data

EİMZATR is obliged and obliged to keep records containing personal information such as transaction records and end user certificates for 20 (twenty) years within the scope of Electronic Signature Law No. 5070. fulfills its duties in accordance with legal regulations. EİMZATR Electronic Certificate Service Provider has the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System certificate since it started its activities.

4) Rights of Data Owners and the Use of These Rights

According to the 11th article of the KVKK, everyone can apply to EİMZATR in writing;
i) Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
ii) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
iii) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
iv) Third, to which personal data is transferred at home or abroad; knowing people,
v) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
vi) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
vii) If a process regarding the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data has been carried out, the third; requesting people to be notified,
viii) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ix) To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
