Remote Renewal

How to renew e-signature remotely?

Renewal Application
After applying for remote renewal via our website https://e-imzatr.com.tr/tr/urunlerimiz/yurt-ici/e-imza-yenileme, you must definitely approve it via e-government in order for your application to be processed. When your application is completed, you will be informed via e-mail or SMS that you can renew remotely. After you apply and approve it via e-government, the system will check whether your current expired e-signature is suitable for remote renewal. If it is suitable, you will be informed for remote renewal, if not, your e-signature will be sent to your delivery address via PTT cargo.

STEP: After entering the Verification Code sent to your mobile phone or e-mail address in the relevant field, press the Next button.

STEP: On the screen that opens, press the Renew Certificate button.

STEP: After entering the password you used in your signature, press the Renew Certificate button. If you do not remember your password, you need to start the process from the beginning after renewing your password.

STEP: Since the old certificate will be deleted and a new one will be printed during the renewal of your actively used certificate, we recommend that you do these processes 24 hours before your signature period ends in order not to lose time. When you approve the transactions to be made, your new certificate will start to be printed. The process of printing your certificate may take approximately 2 minutes. During this period, definitely do not remove your signature (TOKEN) from your computer.

STEP: The certification process is complete. You can continue to use your signature with your old password.
