Who owns an e-signature obtained for work?

A qualified electronic certificate is issued to an individual. An employer handling the application or payment does not turn it into a shared company signature. Authority to act on behalf of a company is a separate matter.

How should I manage multiple certificates?

• Do not share your devices or PINs.
